FAQs
Answer: AXULIN is intended for individuals 19 years of age or older who have been advised by their healthcare provider that they have one or more of the following conditions: prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, glucose intolerance, impaired fasting glucose and Type II diabetes.
Answer: Yes. In a Phase 1 Trial conducted in Toronto, Canada, patients were tested with various doses of AXULIN. Results indicated that a dose of 2,000 mg (equivalent to 2 tablets of the active ingredient in AXULIN administered to lean, healthy volunteers 40 minutes prior to a glucose challenge, in a procedure known as an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test, resulted in a 40% reduction in blood glucose after two hours, (as compared to the control treatment). In obese, prediabetic volunteers, an 82% reduction of blood glucose was seen after two hours (as compared to the control treatment).
Answer: AXULIN helps cells that respond to insulin work more efficiently. As a result, less insulin is needed to keep blood sugar under control. For more information, see Benefits page.
Answer: Careful attention to lifestyle choices and blood sugar levels can improve blood sugar numbers which can reduce the chances of diabetes developing. For some genetics and family history place a greater risk and require extra attention to blood sugar levels. AXULIN provides support with the naturally-sourced active ingredients that have been shown to enhance human insulin signaling.
Answer: It is always best to inform your healthcare provider(s).
Answer: It is an indication that you could develop diabetes. Your blood glucose levels are higher than normal; however, diabetes would not apply as the blood sugar levels are not yet high enough.
Answer: This means that your body does not use glucose as efficiently as it should.
Answer: There have been no reported side effects associated with AXULIN during the Phase I Clinical Trial or by patients who have been using AXULIN.
Answer: AXULIN is intended for use by adults who are 19 years of age and above.
Answer: Based upon results from both animal studies and human Phase 1 Clinical Trial data, we recommend that AXULIN be taken for at least 30 days. It is preferable to obtain one or two fasting overnight blood glucose determinations prior to initiating AXULIN and then after 30 days of AXULIN use, repeat the fasting overnight blood glucose determinations again.
If an insufficient result has occurred, one can consider increasing the dose as directed on the label or as recommended by your health care provider. Alternatively, you could simply maintain the same dosing amount and regimen and then repeat the fasting overnight blood glucose determination after 60 days of use and once again after 90 days of use.
Other individuals who are taking AXULIN have advised us that they have noticed an increased effect over time. While everyone is different with respect to their body’s biological responses, we sincerely hope that you experience similar results.
