Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

We currently ship only to Canada and the United States. Most (but not all) orders are shipped via Canada Post or US Postal Service, and are delivered within 3 to 7 days.

If you elect to have your Axulin automatically shipped every 30 or 60 days (1 or 2 months), select either a 1 month renewal or 2 month renewal, and please note the following:

• You will be shipped the same order as placed when automatic reorder (a renewal) is selected.  (i.e. If you order 3 bottles of Axulin and select automatic reorder for 1 month at that time, you will receive 3 bottles of Axulin per month and will be charged accordingly.)

• Your orders will be released 30 or 60 days (depending on the option selected) from the original order date. This will be the date your card is charged and the order will be processed to be shipped within 1-2 days from then (see Order Processing above for more information on the process and timing).

• If you would like to cancel and/or modify your automatic reorder, please call 1-866-485-1213.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply call 1-866-485-1213 for full refund instructions.* To receive your full refund, please ship back the remainder of the Axulin product. Shipping charges, processing and handling costs are non-refundable.
